1 kilo snails
1 cup virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon flour
2 lemons, juiced

(serves 4)


Prepare the snails in the same manner described above.
Instead of small snails, which is usually the case, you can opt for larger ones, if you wish. Place the snails again in an empty pot, pour olive oil, lemon and 1/2 teaspoon flour over them and let them boil. Serve straight away.
